This team combined with the parent companies division of traditional
lighting designers provides MAG-LED with the resources and experience
necessary to create premium quality fixtures. MAG-LEDs' resources

These
resources are complimented by MAG-LED's extensive network within
the LED industry. This matrix of proven professionals provides the
Company with the best LED components the market has to offer.
MAG-LED's project development cycle is based on making the project
as easy and productive for the client as possible. To actualize
this, MAG-LED has recruited a group of experienced LED project facilitators,
or PFs. The PFs are educated on all the latest developments within
the LED industry including emitters, optics, thermals, controllers
and power management systems. The role of the PF is to present the
technology and resources of MAG-LED and the LED industry to customers
around the world.
A PF will sit down with the client to discover the parameters of
the assignment. The PF will ascertain the desired light intensity,
distribution, color, functions, and dimensions of the light fixture.
The PF will then present the client with a demonstration of LED
products that fit the profile of the customer's project to identify
the best LED solution (existing product or a custom solution).
Once the appropriate solution has been chosen, and the parameters
of the project defined, a proposal will be generated based on all
the data provided by the client. The proposal will list the options,
development timeline, and cost of the project.
Once the client agrees to the proposal, the development phase of
the project will commence. The client will be updated on the progress
of the project on a regular basis. If the project warrants a custom
solution a prototype of the array is assembled, tested, and presented
to the client for a demonstration. Any modifications required by
the client will be addressed at this time. Modifications may produce
modest price changes (if it is something outside the original scope
of work). Upon final approval of the prototype the product fabrication
will commence.
When the product is completed and tested, a demonstration will be
scheduled for final customer evaluation. The product will be as
installation friendly as possible and will come with detailed installation
documentation. If necessary, a MAG-LED technician or technicians
will be present to consult on the install.
When it comes to providing solutions MAG-LEDs primary goal is customer
satisfaction. If another LED company has the best product for a
client's needs MAG-LED will gladly recommend, secure samples, and
assist the client in the purchase of said product.

traditional and LED lighting standards.
All MAG-LED fixtures are rigorously tested in the Companies labs
before being offered to the market. Testing includes: thermal tolerance,
power fluctuation, durability, and moisture including complete submersion
when applicable.
MAG-LED
has had fixtures in the field for over 6 years with minimal failures.

LEDs
provide lighting designers with the ability to place lighting in
locations not possible with traditional lighting. Unfortunately,
there are not enough off-the-shelf LED solutions to satisfy the
artistic energy of lighting designers.
